Futron’s culture is derived from our mission vision and values. 

Vision – Futron is a leader in providing decision management solutions (DMS) to technology enterprises. Our solutions and methodologies are recognized and accepted as industry standards, and influence the profession as well as the organizations we serve.

Mission – To collaborate with customers to enable better decisions for a better future. 
  
Futron’s core values are essential to building and sustaining our culture. These values, referred to as the “Futron Star Values”, are five critical principles and an analogy to the five points of a star. The consistent demonstration of behaviors that support the Futron Star Values is contagious and therefore builds and sustains a star performance culture.
