IRMA© is a web-enabled application database for documenting and communicating information about risks to your organizational goals in a manner that enhances the probability of the success of your program.
Every member of your organization can use of the software and may identify a risk to one or more of your organization’s goals. Each user enters pertinent information about the risk that allows appropriate personnel to understand and evaluate the details to qualify and then quantify the risk. The application provides for the documentation of the handling strategy and any mitigation plans that may be developed. An electronic change notification is provided to the management chain throughout the risk’s life cycle.
The most important aspect of the application is the ability to select, filter, and report on the information contained within the risks. Contents of the system are presented in several formats such as: location, project, and functional organization affected. The tool further assists the management of risk by providing a “drill-down” feature allowing you to select a single risk from a group within a report.
Another key feature of the application is the emphasis placed on data integrity. Your Risk Management process is modeled within IRMA© to assign varying degrees of permission to users. This ensures that only appropriate risks are escalated through the system. Once a risk is admitted and assigned to a responsible party, that individual has access to status and other planning and reporting information.
The IRMA© software is designed to operate on a Windows NT Internet Server with a SQL database. The Netcharts® software is used to generate real-time graphics and requires a separate license for each CPU.
Futron can customize and install IRMA© at your location or host your customized application and data on a Futron server or third party server maintained by Futron personnel.
